Yup, I said it: a basic human right. Knowing how to properly nourish your system, protect your brain, and stave-off unnecessary illness, pain, and disease should come as naturally to each of us as, well, breathing itself!
Thanks to technology and access to higher education, a lot of the “good information” is now out there! Stuff I wish we’d all been taught back in grade school! Stuff that’s so simple and logical, it’s mind blowing! Stuff that makes me super convinced we can all be healthier versions of ourselves, with just a little access to the right kind of knowledge!
